Chris grew up in Lansdale, PA and graduated from Lansdale Catholic High School. He went to Johnson & Wales University where he earned his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts at the Miami, FL campus and then his Bachelor Degree in Food Service Management at the Providence, RI campus. After being the Banquet Chef at Normandy Farms he joined the culinary team at PCC in 2012 under Chef Ben. He worked as a grill/saute cook, eventually moving up to sous chef, then banquet chef and finally Chef de Cuisine where he worked a season at Flourtown before leaving the club to try other things. He rejoined the team in 2018 as the clubs Purchasing Manager, mainly supporting the Culinary and F&B teams at PCC.
Chris enjoys working at PCC with the culinary team, the employees he manages, his managers, and the members. He feels that everyone supports each other through everything, the good and the bad. Each department helps the others in any way they can, and the members are extremely generous and appreciative to the staff. It is an honor to work in an establishment such as PCC.
Outside of work Chris enjoys traveling to places to fish including the Florida Keys, Alaska, New Orleans and Minnesota to name a few. Additionally Chris can be found kayaking, cooking/smoking food and traveling to new places with his wife Sara.
